Mr. Bain has been President and CEO since January 2004. Before joining ProLink Solutions, Mr. Bain was a Managing Director of Stifel, Nicolaus & Company’s Corporate Finance Group. Prior to joining Stifel, Mr. Bain was a Managing Director at EVEREN Securities and in charge of EVEREN’s Emerging Industries Group. He was previously a Managing Director at Dean Witter Morgan Stanley and EF Hutton & Company. Mr. Bain has extensive transactional experience that has included the structuring and execution of private and public financings, and merger and acquisition assignments throughout numerous industries. Mr. Bain serves on boards of directors and is also a financial advisor to many public and private companies. Mr. Bain is a graduate of The Ohio State University, earning a B.S. in 1972. He completed the Securities Industry Association Executive Program at The Wharton School and is a Certified Investment Management Consultant by the Institute of Investment Management Consultants. |
