Lawrence W. Getlin J.D. was promoted to Sr. Vice President of Compliance Quality Systems and Legal in 2005. Previously he had served as Vice President since 1990. As Corporate Compliance Officer he is responsible for all compliance activities other than financial reporting. Prior to joining AMS Mr. Getlin served as Director of Regulatory Affairs for the Pharmaseal Division of Baxter Healthcare/America Hospital Supply Corporation where he worked for a total of 14 years. This was preceded by six years sales experience with Parke Davis. He is a member of the American Bar Association and the California State Bar as well as the U.S. Court of Appeals 9th District and District Court Central District of California and is Regulatory Affairs Certified (RAC). |
