Lawrence K. Reisman, a member of CSI's board of directors, is a certified public accountant who has been the principal of his own firm, The Accounting Offices of L.K. Reisman, since 1986. Prior to forming his company, Reisman was a tax manager at Coopers & Lybrand and Peat Marwick Mitchell. He routinely provides accounting services to small and medium-sized companies, including auditing, review and compilation of financial statements, corporate, partnership and individual taxation, designing accounting systems and management consulting services.
Reisman is a member of both the National Association of Enrolled Agents and the New Jersey Society of Enrolled Agents, allowing him to represent individuals and companies throughout the U.S. in IRS matters. He is also a long-time member of The Vincentian Society, whose members provide tangible assistance for the orphans at Angel Guardian Home and other impoverished people on Staten Island during festive seasons of the year. He has received a number community service awards and recognition. Reisman has spoken at St. John's University for graduation ceremonies as well as Accounting Society functions. Reisman holds an M.B.A. in finance and taxation from St. John's University. |
