Mr. Finn is an experienced financial executive with a history of managing companies during periods of rapid growth and during adverse economic conditions. His track record includes developing capital through equity and long term debt offerings and bank financing.
A 37 year industry veteran, Mr. Finn joined the Terax team from Petrol Oil & Gas in Las Vegas, where he was vice president and chief financial officer. Prior to that, Mr. Finn was with CDX Gas, LLC, in Dallas and served as vice president of finance and later as coordinator of shale projects. He arranged the closing of $200 million in bank and debt financings and supervised a team of 13 employees, responsible for financial reporting, accounting and property administration. Throughout his career, Mr. Finn also served as vice president of finance and chief financial officer of The Wiser Oil Co., CWF Energy Inc., Verado Energy Inc. and May Petroleum.
Mr. Finn is a member of the Texas Society of Certified Public Accountants and its Dallas chapter, and holds a bachelor’s degree in business administration from the University of Houston. |
