Lawrence J. Del Rossi is an associate in firm’s HR Law Practice Group. His practice focuses on labor and employment as well as drug and medical device litigation, and general commercial litigation.
Labor and Employment. Larry provides counsel on a full spectrum of labor and employment matters, with a focus on employment litigation in state and federal courts. He has defended various forms of discrimination and related claims under federal and state law on behalf of a large pharmaceutical company. Other areas of practice include non-compete litigation (both defending and enforcing), employment counseling, and some traditional labor work.
Products Liability. Larry's drug and medical device litigation experience includes representing major pharmaceutical and medical device companies in strict liability, negligence, and failure to warn cases involving prescription medications in state courts.
Commercial Litigation. Larry represents clients in a broad range of complex commercial litigation matters, including contract disputes.
In General. Larry joined the firm following clerkships with the Honorable Robert B. Kugler of the U.S. District Court of New Jersey and the Honorable James R. Zazzali of the Supreme Court of New Jersey. While in law school, Larry gained invaluable experience working with members of the judiciary and in education. He served as a summer intern for the Honorable Joseph H. Rodriguez of the U.S. District Court of New Jersey, and as an extern for then-Magistrate Judge Robert B. Kugler of the U.S. District Court of New Jersey. He was also selected to be a Teaching Assistant for the legal research and writing program at Rutgers University School of Law, Camden, a position awarded to only a few students each year. At graduation, Larry received one of six First-Year Writing Awards for outstanding excellence in legal research and writing. |
