Lawrence Kurzius is President - Europe Middle East & Africa for McCormick & Company Inc. His responsibilities include both the consumer and industrial businesses in these regions as well as manufacturing supply chain finance human relations and other support activities. He is also a member of McCormick’s Management Committee. Prior to this he was the Company’s President U.S. Consumer Foods in 2005 and 2006. Mr. Kurzius joined McCormick’s U.S. Consumer Foods in 2004 as Vice President and General Manager of Sales and Marketing following the acquisition of Zatarain’s in 2003. Mr. Kurzius joined Zatarain’s in 1991 and became President and CEO in 1997. Prior to joining Zatarain’s Mr. Kurzius was a marketing executive with the Quaker Oats Company and Mars Inc.’s Uncle Ben’s Company. Born in Brooklyn New York Mr. Kurzius graduated from Princeton University Magna Cum Laude in Economics. Mr. Kurzius is a former director of the Federal Reserve Bank of Atlanta’s New Orleans Branch. He serves on the President Council of Tulane University. |
