Mr. Fenster has over 25 years’ experience specializing in securities litigation and regulatory practice, with particular emphasis on securities fraud class actions, internal fraud investigations, and broker-dealer arbitration and related litigation. He has represented major securities firms in over 200 cases in State and Federal courts and has argued numerous appeals in cases involving securities and arbitration issues. Mr. Fenster regularly publishes articles in the areas of securities class actions and arbitrations and speaks on securities issues before bar associations and professional seminars, including the ABA Annual Meeting, the ABA Securities Litigation and Arbitration National Institute, Executive Enterprises, PR Newswire, National Public Radio, The Investor Relations Institute, and the Association of the Bar of the City of New York.
Mr. Fenster spent his third year of law school at the Harvard Law School following his tenure as a Henry Luce Scholar, during which he taught law in Japan and Indonesia. |
