Represented asset-based lender in extended workout of $20 million credit facility to consumer goods packaging company including extensive third-party negotiations and sale of business through Chapter 11 proceedings.
Represented trustee in Chapter 11 bankruptcy reorganization of corporation structured on intellectual property assets.
Represented lender in workout of $57 million credit facility for construction and operation of multi-state graduated-care assisted living facilities.
Represented administrative agent in $25 million working capital facility to hospital system in conjunction with public bond financing.
Served as counsel to the official committee of unsecured creditors in the North Carolina Chapter 11 bankruptcy case of an upholstery manufacturer, and in the Mississippi Chapter 11 bankruptcy case of a furniture manufacturer.
