A founding partner of the firm, Mr. Ross has 35 years’ experience in litigation and appeals for a wide range of business, securities, and individual matters in State and Federal courts and before arbitration panels, structuring and negotiating business and real estate transactions and drafting appropriate documents and counseling foreign corporations doing business in the United States. Mr. Ross formerly served as an Associate Professor at Hofstra University School of Law and a John Norton Pomeroy Scholar at New York University School of Law and Editor of the New York University Law Review. He is a member of the American Bar Association, the New Jersey State Bar Association, and the New York State Bar Association. He is also a member of the Federal Mediation Program for the District of New Jersey. |
