Larry Locker is a litigator whose practice focuses on general and complex civil litigation, including antitrust, securities and intellectual property disputes.
Experience: In his more than 20 years of practice, Larry has resolved a large number of cases, representing plaintiffs and defendants in trials, settlements, mediations, arbitrations, and appeals. Believing that an advocate’s skills are enhanced by a broad range of experience, Larry has resisted specializing in a single area. The types of cases he has handled include antitrust, securities, patent infringement, trade secrets, construction, employment, internet, insurance coverage and general business disputes. Larry has considerable courtroom experience, and has appeared before numerous courts throughout Washington, as well courts in California, Utah, and Arizona.
