Mr. Marsiello has more than twenty-seven years of experience in secured lending, credit administration and business development. Prior to being named Group Chief Executive Officer of Commercial Finance in August, 1999, Mr. Marsiello was President and Chief Executive Officer of Commercial Services. Prior to that, he was Executive Vice President and General Manager of Business Credit, which provide acquisition financing and debt restructuring to retailers and manufacturers. He has worked closely with manufacturers and retailers throughout his career, which he began in 1974 with Manufacturers Hanover Trust Company. Mr. Marsiello received his degree from St. Francis College and the Stonier Graduate School of Banking at Rutgers University. He holds an MBA in Finance from Pace University and has completed the Advanced Management Program at the Harvard Graduate School of Business. Mr. Marsiello is on the Executive Committee of the Commercial Finance Association. He is also on the Board of Trustees of the National Jewish Center for Immunology and Respiratory Medicine as well as the Council of Regents of St. Francis College.
