Larry is a Director with the Litigation section of Coats Rose. He has handled cases throughout the State of Texas, in numerous state and federal trial and appellate courts. He is currently part of the firm’s team handling toxic tort defense work, involving the coordination of dockets in over a dozen counties throughout Texas. He also handles equipment finance and insurance coverage litigation. After completing his law degree at Emory University, Larry joined the firm of Hirtz and McDonough in Houston, where he worked on both general civil dockets and federal white collar criminal cases. He remained with the portion of that firm which became McDonough and Horne, then left in 1987 to join Rose and Ryman, which then became a part of Coats Rose by merger. Practice Emphasis Larry has maintained a broad litigation practice, including toxic tort and personal injury defense, commercial litigation, and insurance coverage litigation. |
