Lawrence A. Hagemann the Company's Chief Operating Officer of North Carolina Operations since August 2002 and a highly experienced engineer assumed the responsibilities of Vice President and Chief Technology Officer in December 2005. He also is Assistant Secretary.
Mr. Hagemann has held several DRI leadership positions since 1998 when he first joined the Company. He has more than 15 years' transit-industry experience including extensive experience in advanced software and micro-processor systems.
From July 1995 to July 1996 Mr. Hagemann was Vice President of ADDAX Sound Company a privately held company in Illinois. From April 1991 to December 1993 he served as Assistant to the President of Vapor-Mark IV in Illinois. From 1973 to 1990 he was Vice President of Sales and Marketing for Extel Corporation in Illinois as well as a Director of Excom Communications Limited in Slough England and Extel Overseas Limited in Hong Kong.
A 1967 graduate of the University of Detroit Mr. Hagemann earned a bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering. In 1972 he earned an M.B.A. from Loyola University in Chicago.
Mr. Hagemann and his wife Karen reside in Raleigh N.C. He has two grown daughters and enjoys playing classical piano. |
