Lauri joined Novasys Medical with 17 years experience in medical device marketing and sales management in both Fortune 100 and small venture-backed start-up companies. Most recently, she was an independent marketing consultant assisting small companies in launching new products in the sleep disorders, gastroenterology and cardiology markets. Prior to that, Lauri held marketing management positions at Neoforma, a publicly held Internet start-up serving the health care market. Lauri spent three years with Johnson & Johnson’s orthopaedics business unit, serving as Area Manager and Territory General Manager and successfully integrating the J&J and DePuy sales organizations in Northern California after J&J’s acquisition of DePuy. During her tenure, J&J’s market share in Northern California grew by more than 80%. Previously, Lauri held a variety of marketing and product management positions at Abbott Laboratories and Nellcor, where she led the worldwide marketing activities for an $80 million disposable and reusable sensor product line. Lauri holds a B.A. from the University of California at Los Angeles, and an MBA from the Stanford Graduate School of Business. |
