Laurence Greenwald concentrates in commercial litigation, including securities litigation under the 1933, 1934 and 1940 Acts. He also handles defamation claims, employment law matters and the litigation aspects of bankruptcy proceedings.
Mr. Greenwald has extensive trial and appellate litigation experience, in federal as well as state courts. He also has counseled clients involved in major arbitration proceedings. Mr. Greenwald is a co-author of Controlling Litigation, Improving Financial Reporting the 1995 Private Securities Litigation Reform Act, published by Grant Thornton.
