Mr. Laurence (Chad) Bleiler has been in the geospatial industry for the last seven years. After graduating with a B.S. in Geography with an emphasis in Cartography and GIS Mapping, Chad headed up Technical Operations at J.D. Russell and Associates. He oversaw the planning and design of project architecture, flight planning proposal writing and overall technical workflow. With the emergence of soft-copy technology, Chad expanded his expertise into the digital environment. As a Softcopy Photogrammetrist at Axis Geospatial, Chad performed compilation on both large and small-scale projects and enhanced his experience working in orthophoto production, seaming, and color balancing. Chad joined Pixxures’ team in 2004. He played a key role in helping Pixxures develop digital imagery (ADS40) production on a high capacity multi-processor cluster. He was also involved in developing dynamic capture routines for DEM generation using digital imagery. He currently manages and performs all aspects of photogrammetric production for digital and traditional framed imagery |
