Lover of all things big and small, this Midwestern girl really knows how to get down with her bad self. Born in the REAL dairy state (Wisconsin) she is more than excited about a big city on the West Coast where she s got some pretty cool family members. Not only does she thrive off of personal connections, she brings a passionate and gregarious attitude to everything she does. Graduate of University of Wisconsin-Madison, world traveler in South America and recent AmeriCorps*VISTA member, Lauren works the social justice roll like it s her job youth issues, foster care, environmentalism, politics, global cultural, outdoorsy stuff, meeting new friends and general good people vibes are her passions.
