Lauren R. Egan is a Managing Director in the Chicago office of Major, Lindsey & Africa where she focuses on associate placements. Lauren graduated cum laude from Georgetown University with a degree in finance. She earned her law degree from Northwestern University where she was elected to Order of the Coif and graduated with honors.
Prior to joining MLA, Lauren was counsel in the legal department of Aon Corporation. She began her career as a real estate associate at Winston & Strawn. Lauren has participated in several mentoring and tutoring programs for youth with special needs. She also continues to serve as a court-appointed guardian ad litem for children involved in custody disputes on a pro-bono basis.
Lauren is an active member of the Alumni Admission programs at Georgetown University and Northwestern University School of Law where she interviews candidates for admission. In her free time, Lauren enjoys running, cooking, and spending time with her family and friends.
