Lauren M. Papenhausen is a partner in the law firm of McDermott Will & Emery LLP based in the Firm’s Boston office. She is a member of the Trial Department.
Prior to joining McDermott, Lauren served as a law clerk to the Honorable Algenon L. Marbley, U.S. District Court for the Southern District of Ohio. She also worked as a litigation department associate at a Boston law firm.
Lauren has authored Trade Secrets and the Internet: Apocalypse Not Really?, Business Torts Journal, Winter 2004. She has also co-authored Can Fed. R. Crim. Lauren is admitted to practice in Massachusetts, the District of Massachusetts and the Southern District of Ohio. She is a member of the Boston Bar Association and the Women’s Bar Association.
