Lauren A. Barnes is an Associate in the Bank and Finance Practice Group in the firm's San Francisco office. Her experience includes representation of banks, financial institutions, and other specialty lenders. She focuses her practice on commercial loan transactions, factoring, asset-based lending, purchase order financing, workouts, and loan restructuring. She is also experienced in real estate finance, commercial leasing, and other real property issues. Ms. Barnes has represented lenders in secured transactions litigation, debtor/creditor litigation, and bankruptcy actions.
Ms. Barnes graduated cum laude from the University of San Francisco School of Law where she was a Law Review Staff Member. She earned her B.A. in Business Management at Texas A&M University.
