Laurel J. Philips is Vice President of Accounting for the University City Science Center and responsible for all accounting operations and financial reporting for the Science Center. Ms. Phillips has more than 24 years experience in accounting, both public and private. She recently served as Regional Controller for Brandywine Realty Trust where she was responsible for the accounting operations of the Northern and Western Pennsylvania regions and Delaware. Previously, Ms. Phillips was Asset Manager for the Northeast Region of Prentiss Properties and Controller for the Terramics Property Company. She received her Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from Clarion University of Pennsylvania and is a Certified Public Accountant. Ms. Phillips is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the Pennsylvania Institute of Certified Public Accountants.
