Laurel Dismukes is responsible for the oversight and administration of the company’s health and welfare benefit and stock option plans, employee retirement education and serves as an advisor to the company’s Administrative Committee. She joined the company in 1983 and previously held the position of Controller. Dismukes has served as the chair of the California Telephone Association’s Interexchange Carrier Relations Committee for five years, on the Accounting and Cost Allocation Team for the United States Telephone Association's Finance Committee, as a member of the Industry Advisory Group for the National Exchange Carrier Association and on the Board of Directors of the Roseville Arts Center. She graduated with a bachelor of arts degree in economics from California State University, Sacramento.
