Laurae Rossi is an international project finance attorney in the Global Project Finance Department of Milbank, Tweed, Hadley & McCloy LLP and is based in the firm's Los Angeles office.
Ms. Rossi has experience in infrastructure and energy project financings, representing both lenders and developers. Over the past few years, Laurae has worked on the development and financing of a number of wind power projects in California, Oklahoma and Texas, representing various developers and lenders involved in such projects. In addition to wind projects, she has worked on various transactions in the United States and Latin America, including the development, acquisition and financing of offshore oil rigs, acquisition and financing of generation assets and toll roads. |
