Laura Swartz Senior Vice President Corporate Initiatives for Vertice serving as senior-level project manager for key projects. She is also responsible for coordinating audits evaluating new business opportunities developing corporate governance structure and supporting analysis & implementation of technology solutions. Prior to this position Ms. Swartz was Senior Vice President Subprime Division for American Mortgage Network (AmNet). Prior to joining the company she was Senior Vice President for Bank of America leading a team responsible for providing wealth management solutions. Previously Ms. Swartz was Senior Vice President at Advanta responsible for their retail broker and correspondent home equity divisions. She held positions in Capital Markets for Imperial Corporation of America Freddie Mac and Marriott Corporation. Ms. Swartz graduated summa cum laude with a BS/BA in Finance and International Business from Ohio State University and has an MBA in Finance and Investments from George Washington University. She is Chairman of the Scripps Ranch High School Foundation. |
