Laura Rogers joined Alaska Executive Search in January 2004 as the Technical Recruiter after her career as a Financial Advisor for almost 10 years. With over 23 years in Anchorage, Laura’s past and present career is to gather details from her clients to assess and fulfill their very specific goals. In that capacity, her move from interviewing clients for their financial needs has been a good fit as she has transferred these same skills to match the ideal candidate with the employer. Laura’s focus is in the area of engineering, environmental science and construction project management/technical inspection, as well as highly skilled positions often requiring accreditation and/or licensing to include Stockbrokers, Commercial Insurance Brokers and Management.
