Laura joined the ProNews 7 team in April of 2007. She brings you the news as an anchor on the weekends and a reporter during the week.
Laura is new to Texas but no stranger to the crazy panhandle weather: she grew up in Wichita, KS where the weather is just as crazy, though a little bit colder. Before coming to Channel 7, Laura reported and anchored at KOMU in Columbia, MO, where she graduated with honors from The Missouri School of Journalism.
You can find Laura around town at the gym, church or volunteering with Martha's Home and the United Way. But she is probably just as likely to be at home cuddled up with her kitten, Hans, watching a movie or trying to read all the books on her shelves. Laura loves traveling and languages, so is looking for opportunities to perfect her Spanish and start learning French.
