Description of Practice:
Laura is an associate in our Orange County office, where she practices in the firm's Real Estate group. Her practice involves all aspects of real estate transactions including acquisitions and dispositions of individual properties as well as multi-property transactions; leasing of office, industrial and retail properties; and development of commercial and residential projects. She also has background experience in complex corporate transactional and commercial litigation matters.
Laura is a member of the State Bar of California and a member of the Orange County Bar Association. She also serves on the Advisory Council of KidWorks.
Educational History:
Laura received her B.A. in Economics, cum laude, from the University of California, Los Angeles, in 2000. She earned her J.D. from the University of Southern California School of Law in 2003, where she received an Olin Foundation Fellowship. She served on the University of Southern California Law Review from 2001 to 2003, and her research article was selected for publication in the Law Review (76 S. Cal. L. Rev. 483 (2003)). During law school, Laura served as an extern for the United States Bankruptcy Court. |
