Laura DiMichele-Vukovich, a founder, officer, and director, is an 18-year veteran of the pharmaceutical industry, having begun her career with Roberts Pharmaceutical Corporation, Eatontown, New Jersey. She held various positions of increasing responsibility at Roberts Pharmaceutical Corporation, including Personnel Manager, Administration and Human Resources; Director and Vice-President, Administration and Human Resources. During her career at Roberts, she oversaw a personnel roster of over 500 individual employees in four countries. Subsequent to the IPO of Roberts Pharmaceutical Corporation in 1990, Ms. Di Michele-Vukovich became increasingly involved in the expansion of the Company business in International Markets. Roberts Canada, Monmouth Pharmaceuticals and Roberts Ireland operations were included in her responsibilities. During her tenure at Roberts, Ms. Di Michele-Vukovich had primary responsibility for the construction of Roberts Pharmaceutical Corporation in Eatontown, New Jersey.
Having recently completed the construction of the WellSpring Headquarters facility, Ms. Di Michele-Vukovich is actively engaged in executive staffing of the Company and its daily management. She participates in the Company acquisition program and integration of assets into the Company. |
