Laura brings over 16 years of experience in the corporate restructuring industry. She currently serves as a senior member of the KCC team, working with clients and prospective clients on defining their administrative-support needs for pending and active restructuring cases. An active participant in industry associations, Laura keeps apprised of industry trends as a contributing editor for the American Bankruptcy Institute Journal. She also serves as an active Recruitment Committee member for the International Women’s Insolvency & Restructuring Confederation (IWIRC) as well as a Steering Committee member for the Northeastern Ohio Network of IWIRC. Prior to joining KCC, Laura spent 12 years as a Legal Consultant and Bankruptcy Manager for technology providers in the bankruptcy, litigation and class action markets. Laura began her professional career as the Judicial Law Clerk to the Honorable Joseph L. Cosetti, United States Bankruptcy Judge for the Western District of Pennsylvania. She received a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Pittsburgh and a Juris Doctor from Ohio Northern University School of Law. |
