Prior to joining Leslie Kline Lukas & Associates, Ms. Mitchell was an award-winning newspaper editor and reporter. She won honors from both the Iowa Newspaper Association and the National Newspaper Association for reporting, editorial management, publication design and community service.
She earned a Bachelor of Science degree in family and consumer journalism from Iowa State University, and while in college participated in a yearlong exchange program in Glasgow, Scotland.
