Ms. Weisshar is a Vice President and Controller for Kaiser Permanente Southern California Region. She was appointed to the Board in October and elected in December 2008. Ms Weisshar has experience in internal audit as well as financial reporting and disclosure under the Sarbanes-Oxley Act. She earned her bachelor's and master's degrees in business administration - accounting from California State University Northridge. |
