As Executive Vice-President and General Counsel of the Americas for Clear Channel Outdoor, Laura oversees the company's legal affairs. Prior to her current position, Laura served as the Executive Vice-President of Real Estate, Public Affairs and Legal, as well as General Counsel for the Americas.
Laura began her career with Clear Channel in 1997 as Corporate Counsel. Before joining Clear Channel, Laura practiced law at the Phoenix law firm of Gallagher & Kennedy, focusing primarily on commercial transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, and intellectual property matters.
Laura serves on the Legislative Committee for the Outdoor Advertising Association of America. She also serves on the Board of Visitors of the University of Arizona College of Law and the Phoenix Community Board for "Teach for America".
Laura received her undergraduate degree in English Literature and her law degree, both magna cum laude, from the University of Arizona. |
