Laura B. Henderson is an associate in the firm’s Real Estate and Corporate Practice Groups in the Appleton office. Laura works with an experienced team of attorneys to represent business clients from a variety of industries, including manufacturers, real estate developers and commercial property owners. Laura’s practice focuses primarily upon the areas of sales and acquisitions, leasing, development and other matters related to general business contract and entity formation issues. Her experience includes negotiating and drafting purchase agreements, leases and easements; reviewing and drafting manufacturing, confidentiality and consulting agreements; preparing a range of corporate organizational documents, including shareholder and membership agreements; and representing landlords and tenants in retail and office leasing transactions. Laura earned her law degree, cum laude, from the University of Minnesota Law School. She earned her undergraduate degree from St. Olaf College in Northfield, Minnesota, graduating summa cum laude, with a Bachelor of Arts in History. As part of her education, Laura took the opportunity to study abroad by participating in the Arts in Context: London and Florence program through the Associated Colleges of the Midwest.
