Ms. Weingartner's practice involves all aspects of commercial real estate transactions, including commercial leasing, acquisition, disposition, affordable housing development, and landlord-tenant litigation. Prior to joining Dykema, Ms. Weingartner worked in marketing and sales for a developer of financial planning and information management software applications.
Experience
The projects in which Ms. Weingartner recently has been involved include:
Negotiation of commercial office leases for a national accounting and financial services provider;
Tower leasing and zoning for a leading national wireless telecommunications services provider;
Leasing of "big-box" retail sites for a major national retailer;
Affordable housing and tax credit developments;
Landlord-tenant litigation associated with mortgage foreclosure, land contract forfeiture and tenant default.
