Lars J. Lederer practices general litigation, including construction law matters, product liability litigation and premises liability. He is admitted in the state courts of Pennsylvania and New Jersey, as well as the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania. Prior to arriving at Rawle & Henderson, Mr. Lederer was a judicial law clerk for the Honorable John J. Rufe in the Pennsylvania Court of Common Pleas, Bucks County. He has additional experience in the logistics of large scale discovery and has assisted several trial teams in the evaluation and production of documents relating to large-scale pharmaceutical defense litigation, government requests under the Hart-Scott-Rodino Antitrust Improvements Act, as well as various other general litigation matters. Mr. Lederer received his juris doctor from Villanova University School of Law in 2002. While in law school Mr. Lederer was a judicial extern for the Honorable Vincent A. Cirillo, Senior Judge, Pennsylvania Superior Court. Mr. Lederer graduated cum laude from Ramapo College of New Jersey in 1999 with a double major in Political Science and Law & Society. |
