Mr. Sosnow founded SeniorBridge in 2000 and built it into a thriving national organization that specializes in helping people who have complex chronic conditions. For more than 30 years, he has been involved in the healthcare field, first becoming the founder and CEO of Patient Care, Inc., a provider of home health agency services, from 1974 to 1995. Subsequently, Mr. Sosnow was a co-founder and Vice Chairman of Athenahealth, inc. (NASDAQ:ATHN), a provider of web-based physician practice and billing systems, from 1997 to 2005. He is a founding member and former member of the Board of Directors and the Executive Committee of the National Association for Home Care. Mr. Sosnow has also served on the legislative committee of the New Jersey Home Health Agency Assembly, and was a former member of the Legislative Committee and the Board of the New York Home Care Association. He is a member of the Board of the Henry Street Settlement House in New York City. |
