Dr. Larry Senn is Chairman of the Senn-Delaney Leadership Consulting Group, Inc., a firm that specializes in working with CEOs, presidents, and senior teams on broad-based leadership initiatives, including:

Shaping corporate culture through winning shared values
Change management to support key initiatives including quality, reengineering, restructuring, empowerment, and diversity
A pioneer in the field of corporate culture, Senn’s doctoral dissertation was the first field study of corporate culture in America.
Senn has facilitated seminars and functioned as a leadership coach for the leaders of dozens of organizations including: Fortune 1000 companies, Governors of States, Heads of other Major Consulting Firms, Research Labs, Members of a President’s Cabinet, and Deans of Business Schools.
Dr. Senn served as a member of the team that designed the first White House Quality/Service Summit. He is an accomplished group facilitator, writer and author.
On faculty at both USC and UCLA prior to founding Senn-Delaney Leadership in 1978, Senn currently is a guest lecturer in the USC Executive MBA Program. He also recently appeared with Robert Reich, now U.S. Secretary of Labor, and the CEOs of Bell Atlantic and 3M on a PBS special last year entitled Innovating to Compete, and the American Business Journal show produced for CBS entitled, The Changing Game.
Larry and his wife Bernadette are active joggers and water sports enthusiasts. They have five children.
