Larry is an associate in the firm’s Business, Corporate and Commercial Litigation, Securities Litigation and Tort, Accident and Products Liability practice groups. His practice focuses product liability defense and commercial litigation, including disputes involving consumer and commercial products, commercial contracts and leases, secured financial transactions, trade secrets, and other business relationships. In addition, Larry has been involved in securities litigation in matters involving securities fraud. Larry is a member of the Federal Bar Association, the Cleveland Metropolitan Bar Association and serves on the Counsel of Delegates of the Ohio State Bar Association. He is a member of the National Black MBA Association and is a volunteer magistrate for the Cuyahoga County Juvenile Court’s Community Diversion Program. Larry also is a member of the Minority Concerns Committee and a professional mentor at Cleveland-Marshall College of Law. Larry practiced law at Thompson Hine prior to joining Calfee in 2007. |
