Larry Goldman, CPA is a certified public accountant and currently serves as the Chief Financial Officer of WinWin Gaming, Inc. Prior to his employment with WinWin Gaming, Inc., Mr. Goldman was a partner with Livingston Wachtell & Co., CPA’s, where he has acted as an auditor for several publicly traded companies in a variety of industries. He is a graduate of the State University of New York with a bachelors degree in Accounting, Pace University with a Master of Science degree in Taxation, a member of the AICPA, and a member of the SEC Practice Committee of APICS. Mr. Goldman is the Chairperson of the Audit Committee of of the Board of Directors, and as a member of both the Governance and Nominating Committee and the Compensation Committee. |
