Larry Fullerton, Chief Scientist Mr. Fullerton has been recognized as an international expert on ultra wideband impulse radio and radar since founding Time Domain Corporation in 1987. He is recognized as a co-inventor on more than 150 patents and pending patent applications in the fields of time-domain electromagnetics, ultrasound velocimetry (the measurement of the velocity of fluids), data communications and seismic exploratory instrumentation (both U.S. and foreign), and has been featured in national media including the New York Times, USA Today, Discover, U.S. News and World Report, and other publications. Prior to founding Time Domain, Mr. Fullerton was the Chief Scientist of Midsouth Technology, Inc. and held engineering positions at Texas Instruments, Computer Sciences Corporation, and ITT Telecommunications. Mr. Fullerton earned a BS in Electrical Engineering from the University of Arkansas. |
