Larry Field has over 35 years experience in the areas of freight management, retail transportation, distribution center design and manufacturing processes. He is highly skilled at implementing management reporting systems that allow for timely analysis and reporting of costs and status of shipping results. Larry's background includes reengineering clients' transportation methods to focus on improving profits and efficiency. Part of this reengineering is the analysis of the distribution center processes and site selection. Larry has been a professor at Northeastern University and Florida International University. He holds a bachelor's degree in industrial engineering and has completed MBA studies in finance and accounting. |
