Larry Fensterstock was elected to Chief Financial Officer in January 1999 upon the Company’s acquisition of Market Guide’s credit information services division. He joined Market Guide in 1996 to assist in the formation this division. Previously, he was employed by Information Clearinghouse Incorporated and was closely involved in the formation of its credit reporting service. In addition to being responsible for the publication of the various facets of this credit reporting service, he was chief operating and financial officer of ICI. From 1989 through 1992, he was vice president-controller, treasurer and corporate secretary for a privately-held entity formed to acquire Litton Industries’ office products operations in a leveraged buyout. Mr. Fensterstock is a certified public accountant who began his career in 1973 with Arthur Andersen LLP. He has an MBA degree from The University of Chicago Business School and a BA degree from Queens College. |
