Larry Emmons is Regional Director for First Industrial Realty Trust’s Michigan region, where he oversees acquisitions, development, build-to-suits, asset management and lease negotiations for the Company’s Detroit, Toronto and Grand Rapids markets. He has over eighteen years of commercial real estate experience. Prior to joining First Industrial, Mr. Emmons was a Senior Vice President at Grubb & Ellis Company, where he specialized in the sale and lease of industrial properties in the metropolitan Detroit market. Prior to Grubb & Ellis he held a position as Senior Vice President at Colliers International.
Mr. Emmons earned a Bachelor of General Studies degree from the University of Michigan, and his Juris Doctor from the University of Detroit Mercy School of Law. He is a member of the Society of Industrial and Office Realtors (SIOR) and holds the Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) designation. |
