Larry W. McCurdy was named to the board of directors for Lear Corporation in 1988.
In July 2000, McCurdy retired from Dana Corporation, a motor vehicle parts manufacturer and aftermarket supplier, where he served as president, Dana Automotive Aftermarket Group since July 1998.
McCurdy was chairman of the board, president and chief executive officer of Echlin, a motor vehicle parts manufacturer, from March 1997 until July 1998 when it was merged into Dana Corporation. Prior to this, McCurdy was executive vice president, Operations of Cooper Industries, a diversified manufacturing company, from April 1994 to March 1997.
McCurdy also serves as a director of General Parts, Inc. and Mohawk Industries, Inc. He is also chairman of the board and director of Affinia Group, Inc. |
