Larry M. Meeks is a founding member of Pircher, Nichols & Meeks and is in the firm’s corporate department. His practice is primarily general corporate and securities work, including public and private securities offerings and mergers and acquisitions. His experience also includes financings.
The clients he has represented include: Varco International, Inc., Farallon Capital Partners, L.L.C., American Metal Bearing Company, Goldman, Sachs & Co., Ontario Municipal Employees Retirement Board and Amfac Parks and Resorts, Inc.
Mr. Meeks received his LL.B., cum laude, from Columbia University School of Law in 1968. In 1965, he received his bachelor’s degree from Washington and Lee University, where he majored in political science.
Mr. Meeks is the co-author of Regulation D, BNA Corporate Practice Series (1997).
