Larry Ginsburg is an audit and active client service partner at Blackman Kallick. Larry joined the firm in 1980 and has been a partner since 1989. He has represented a variety of closely held businesses and individuals, including service, construction contracting, distribution and manufacturing companies with sales exceeding $400 million. Larry grew up in a closely held business environment and services national and international private companies. He has been engaged over his career in a variety of special matters, including, but not limited to, family and business planning, negotiations and finance, due diligence, asset protection, compensation consulting and business strategy services. It takes energy, wit and care to stay in this business. You must deliver to keep the business. That is who we are. Larry has also been retained as an expert witness and as an arbitrator involving various business matters. Larry has served on Blackman Kallick’s management and strategic planning committees. Larry received his B.S. from Northern Illinois University in 1979. He is a member of the AICPA and the Illinois CPA Society. Larry has served as an active member of the Illinois CPA Society’s Specialized Industry Accounting Task Force, where he served as a board member.
