Mr. Willette is a veteran banker with over 35 years of banking experience, including 25 years with Peninsula Bank of San Diego, where he served as President. He served on the U.S. Bank Advisory Board and was Market President for U.S. Bank following that bank’s acquisition of Peninsula Bank of San Diego.
Mr. Willette was a Founding Director and Chairman of the Board of the California Banking School developed by the California Bankers Association (CBA). His extensive community involvement includes serving on the board of directors and committees of over twenty organizations, and in many cases chairing them, including United Way of San Diego, San Diego International Sports Council, San Diego Regional Chamber of Commerce, San Diego Public Schools Facilities Trust and Point Loma Nazarene University.
Mr. Willette earned his B.A. from San Diego State University and served as an officer in the U.S. Navy. |
