Larry L. Justice, Jr. is a Member with Kerr, Russell and Weber, PLC. Mr. Justice specializes in commercial litigation, insurance defense litigation, medical malpractice defense litigation, construction law and litigation, labor and employment law, bankruptcy, and contract law and litigation.
Mr. Justice is a member of the State Bar of Michigan and is a member of the Litigation Section and the Health Law Sections of the Michigan State Bar. He is admitted to practice in the United States District Court for the Eastern and Western Districts of Michigan. He is also a member of the Detroit and Washtenaw County Bar Associations. He has written several articles for local publications regarding such topics as construction lien law, bankruptcy preference litigation, and evidence.
Mr. Justice is a 1998 graduate, cum laude, of Wayne State University Law School. While at Wayne State, served as an Associate Editor and later Senior Articles Editor of the Wayne Law Review. In 1998, he was one of four students named to the Student Trial Advocacy Program's National Team and was awarded the Silver Key Award for Academic Excellence. Mr. Justice is a 1995 graduate of the University of Toledo where he obtained a Bachelor Degree, with honors, in English. While at the University of Toledo, Mr. Justice served as a teaching assistant in the Department of Japanese and was a founding member of the University Literary Society. |
