Major General (U.S.A.F. - retired) Larry L. Henry is vice president of Air Force Programs in the Washington Operations Office. He is the primary liaison between L-3 Communications and the Air Force and the Department of Defense. Prior to joining L-3 Communications in May 2000, Major General Henry was vice president of Air Force Programs for Lockheed Martin's Information and Services sector, where he was responsible for coordinating sector interface with the Air Force and the Joint Agencies in the Department of Defense. Previously, he was the director of Air Force Training Programs for Loral Corporation. Before entering the defense industry, Major General Henry was director of Air Force Requirements and acting Deputy Chief of Staff for Plans, Operations and Requirements at the Pentagon. |
