Larry L. Cash is a Member of the Firm and the emphasis of his practice is the representation of both public bodies and private business. His experience includes the representation of of housing agencies, utilities and related governmental bodies. He has defended both public bodies and private business in a wide area of matters, including business litigation and insurance coverage in the southeastern United States. Mr. Cash has counseled with and represented governmental agencies and public officials on a wide range of legal matters. His experience includes the representation of a local housing authority in issues ranging from Open Records and Public Meetings issues to EEOC claims. He also represents a captive association insurance company which company provides all lines of insurance coverage for both municipal and cooperative utility companies in the southeastern United States.
